US DATA: April payroll +164k, lower than the +185k expected, but 
Feb-March net revisions +30k and the unemp rate dropped 0.2 to 3.9% 
(3.929%), low since Dec. 2000. 
- Hourly earnings soft at +0.1% (+0.149%) m/m and +2.6% y/y, same as in 
March and February. March earnings rev down to +0.2%. 
- Labor force participation rate 62.8% vs 62.9% in March, explaining 
some of the drop in the unemp rate. U-6 unemp rate -0.2 to 7.8%.
- Private jobs +168k vs +193k expected. Within payrolls, there were 
solid gains for professional services (+54k), construction (+17k), 
mfg (+24k), and health care (+29k), but weakness from retail (+2k) and 
wholesale (-10k).
