AUD/USD dipped into the WMR fix Thursday.....>

AUSSIE
AUSSIE: AUD/USD dipped into the WMR fix Thursday as U.S. equities sold off. The
rate consolidated below neutral levels and finished the day 18 pips worse off.
- Sino-Australian tensions continue to simmer, as Chinese Foreign Ministry
spokesman warned Chinese citizens planning to study in Australia or resident in
the South Pacific nation against possible discrimination.
- AUD/USD sits at $0.6961, just 3 pips shy of Thursday's close. A break below
the 20-EMA at $0.6909 would open up Jun 30 low of $0.6833. Conversely, bulls
look for a jump above Jun 11 high of $0.7005 before targeting Jun 10 high of
$0.7063.
- Nothing much on the Aussie docket today.
