AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures have reversed earlier gains in line with the
global rise in risk appetite on hopes of improved US-China trade relations, with
the 10-year trading at 97.435 and the 3-year at 97.965. Both remain in their
broader uptrends but downside risks are rising. 
- 10-year yields have edged back up after falling below their April 3 lows,
currently trading at 2.567%.
- The 3s-10s- curve sits at 53.50bps, while the AU-US 10-year spread has fallen
back to -31.5bps with the record low of -34.1 now in sight.
