AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures tracked broader risk sentiment overnight,
allowing futures to move back from their SYCOM highs, with the latest NAB
business survey (and the worrying labour market optics contained therein) having
little effect on the space.
- The cash space initially played catch up to the moves seen in Tsys on Monday.
- YM last trades +2.0 ticks, with XM also +2.0 ticks. YM/XM deals at 49.0 ticks,
with the cash equivalent at 45.5bp.
- Bills trade 1-3 ticks higher through the reds. The RBA allotted A$598mn worth
of 15-Day repo ops at an average of 1.713%, with A$1.355bn worth of 64-day ops
allotted at an average of 1.703%.
- Wage data and ACGB 2024 supply headline the local docket tomorrow.
