Aussie Bonds futures sit just shy of...>

AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds futures sit just shy of the recent highs, with 3-Year
yields consolidating below 2.0%, following Friday's move below that threshold.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield differential continues to hover around 54bp,
while the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread has taken a fresh leg lower, last ~-36bp,
as the recent run of outperformance vs. Tsys holds, aided by Friday's late move
lower in Tsys as month-end support waned.
- The Bill strip last trades unchanged to 2 ticks higher, with 3-Month BBSW
fixing ~0.3bp higher today.
- It's a data heavy week in Australia, with retail sales headlining today, as
well as GDP input data ahead of Wednesday's final national accounts release.
There will of course be interest in tomorrow's RBA MonPol decision, especially
given Westpac's move to hike its standard mortgage rate last week. Elsewhere RBA
Gov. Lowe will speak late on Tuesday.
