AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bonds have recovered their early losses to trade higher on
the day with the short end outperforming. 3-year futures trade at 97.965 having
hit new cycle highs of 97.980. 
- The 10-year future trades at 97.42, consolidating yesterday's gains following
the break above the early July highs.  
- The 3s-10s spread has risen 1.5bps on the day from 2-week lows to trade at
55bps. 
- The AU-US 10-year spread has edged down 2.9bps to -30.1bps, continuing its
long-term decline. The AU-US real 10-year spread trades lower at -6.3bps.
