Australia’s Prelude LNG to Restart Soon After Maintenance


Shell’s 3.6mtpa Prelude floating LNG facility is likely to restart soon after maintenance as the Symphonic Breeze vessel near Japan signaled to arrive at the plant on 6 December according to ICIS.

  • Prelude last loaded a cargo on 19 August as it shut in August for planned maintenance.
  • Works were initially expected for around two months.
