Back From Thursday Highs

AUSSIE BONDS

Aussie bond futures operate comfortably below Thursday’s settlement levels, after U.S. President Biden chose not to remove Russian access to the SWIFT payment system (for now), in addition to making assurances that U.S. troops would not be sent to Ukraine. Futures ultimately failed to test their Sydney highs in overnight dealing, with YM -6.5 and XM -8.5 at typing.

  • A$500mn of ACGB Nov-29 supply and the release of next week’s AOFM issuance slate headline the local docket today.
