USDJPY is unchanged. Recent gains stalled at 106.55, Sep 3 high and this signals the possible final phase of the recent correction higher. The pattern on Sep 3 is a doji candle. A bearish theme dominates, following the Aug 28 sell-off. In pattern terms, the move lower was a bearish engulfing candle and highlights a threat to bulls that exposes 105.10, Aug 19 low. A break would open 104.19, Jul 31 low. Key resistance is at 106.95/107.05.
