AUSSIE BONDS

Aussie bonds have held onto the flattening impetus, with futures sticking to narrow ranges, while the shorter end of the ACGB curve has unwound its modest overnight losses. YM unch. & XM +3.0 at typing, with the latter moving through the peak of its overnight range. The longer end of the cash ACGB curve has richened by ~5bp. There hasn’t been anything in the way of a notable market reaction to the AOFM declaring that “a new November 2033 Treasury Bond will be issued by syndication in the final quarter of 2021-22 (subject to market conditions).”
