    • NATO Sec Gen Stoltenberg also mentioned that NATO is striving for a dialogue with Russia, and the organization's proposal to hold the Russia-NATO Council remains open. He also called on Russia for "transparency, tension reduction and de-escalation."
  • Russian Ambassador Antonov says the US is dangerously misguided in believing Russia won't respond to the NATO threat, pointing out that the US continues to expand the range of weapons delivered to Ukraine.
    • "NATO states are taking over the Black Sea, Ukrainian territory" but reiterated that Russian diplomats in the US are open to dialogue on Ukraine
  • Peskov reiterates that claims Russian plans to attack anyone are unfounded and fanned by anti-Russian hysteria from Ukrainian, UK & US media.
    • This comes after Zelensky called on Putin to publicly announce that Russia has no intentions to attack Ukraine. Peskov said this may be an attempt to disguise preparations for a force scenario in the Donbas
