Black Sea Loading's Hit by Adverse Weather

No Urals or Siberian Light crude have been loaded from Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk since Feb. 16 according to Bloomberg because of bad weather.

  • Seven tankers, which are scheduled to load a combined volume of about 800k tons after Feb. 15, have arrived but unable to load.
  • The bad weather has caused a halt in CPC loadings from its nearby terminal.
