The BOE voted by a majority of 7-2 to leave Bank Rate unchanged, voting 
unanimously to leave QE unchanged. The MPC said an increase in rates may 
be needed at a gradual pace and to a limited extent if its forecasts pan 
out. The MPS further states that there is no evidence yet about the 
extent to which policy uncertainties have declined since the previous 
meeting. Moreover, the BOE sees inflation  falling to around 1.25% by 
spring, due to temporary regulatory effects. The next MPC decision/press 
conference is on Jan 30, scheduled to be Governor Mark Carney's last.
