Bonds are edging back to their session highs, French Airports evacuated

  • Reports that Lille, Lyon-Bron, Nantes Airports have been evacuated, has provided a safe haven bid into Bonds, and is helping Equities fading off their highs.
  • Bund and OAT are leading the bounce in EGBs, with both contract back in the green and at their respective highs.
  • As Gilt futures lag Europe, the Gilt/Bund spread widens by 5.6bps and now test the October high at 170.00bps, also the highest print since mid September.
  • Equities drift lower, and USD finds a bid on the Bond move.
