Brent futures continue to hold above their Nov 13 lows at $64.61 with bears
failing to retest this level yesterday despite some intraday weakness. That
said, recovery efforts have lacked impulse keeping the focus lower. A close
below $64.61 would open the 61.8% fibo from the June 2017 low to the Oct 2018
high, ahead of a return to the ytd lows at $59.45 seen on Feb 14. Bulls need to
reclaim the 200-dma at $72.71 to suggest a bullish reversal is taking shape.
