CABLE: Cable has edged higher and last sits at $1.3123 after adding 50 pips
yesterday, mostly on the back of post-FOMC USD fragility. Elsewhere, EU leaders
& officials reiterated Wednesday that the current Brexit deal is not open for
renegotiation, with EU Commission President Juncker & Belgian PM Michel (among
others) noting that the prospect of a no-deal Brexit has become more realistic. 
- Worth mentioning earlier in today's Asia-Pac session the Times reported that
PM May is preparing to encourage Labour MPs to back her Brexit deal with a cash
injection into deprived areas that voted to leave the EU. 
- Bulls initially look to $1.3146, where cable peaked yesterday, and a break
above would bring the upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope at $1.3182 into play.
Conversely, bears eye yesterday's hourly pullback low of $1.3100, ahead of
yesterday's low of $1.3055. 
- UK m'fing PMI comes out Friday, with Brexit matters set to dominate.
