US NATGAS: California Daily Gas Prices Tick Down

SoCal city gate natgas prices down around 11 cents/MMBtu on the day, according to NGI, while Bloomberg has it down around 13 cents/MMBtu at $4.51/MMBtu.

  • PG&E City Gate is down around 2.5 cents/MMBtu, NGI said.
  • Total Californian gas demand is up to 8.60 bcf/d, compared to 7.89 bcf/d the previous day, Bloomberg said.
  • End user demand is up to 7.69 bcf/d, compared to 6.94 bcf/d yesterday.
  • Exports to Mexico are down to 361 mcf/d compared to 427 mcf/d the previous day.
  • Net gas inflows via pipeline are down slightly on the day to 5.55 bcf/d, compared to 5.59 bcf/d the previous day.
  • The implied daily storage withdrawal is 3.214 bcf/d, up from 2.471 bcf/d yesterday.
