CFTC: Friday's CFTC data showed for the week ending August 15th that speculative
accounts had trimmed Euro longs by 14k to 79k. Sterling shorts had increased by
7k to 32k. Australian dollar longs rose 2k to 60k. New Zealand dollar longs
dropped by 9k to 25k. Japanese yen shorts decreased 18k to 78k. Meanwhile, there
was no discernible change to Swiss franc positions, remaining short 1k.
