  • Q: Have you seen sufficient housing market cooling?
    • A: We certainly saw that over the course of last year. We now see housing putting in the bottom and maybe moving up a little bit. We're watching that situation carefully. I do think we will see rents and house prices filtering into housing services inflation. And I don't see them coming up quickly. I do see them wandering around at a relatively low level now. And that's appropriate.
  • Q: At what point do you talk more firmly with lawmakers about fiscal responsibility?
    • A: That's not really my job, we're not the judges of appropriate fiscal policy.
