China Oil Product Exports to Slip 4% December m/m

China refiners plan to export 2.62mn tons of oil products in December – down 4% m/m according to an OilChem estimates based on refinery preliminary plans.

  • It expects refiners to ship 670k tons of gasoline in December vs 420k tons in November.
  • 1.5m tons of kerosene in December vs 1.56m tons in November.
  • 450k tons of diesel in December vs 750k tons in November.
  • Refiners are constrained by tight export quotas into the end of the year.
