CHINA PRESS: China will further relax market access for foreign investors and
continue to reduce the "negative list" which lists banned areas for foreign
investment, according to a report by Xinhua News Agency. Citing Vice Premier Han
Zheng, the report said China will increase imports of goods and services, lower
tariff levels, and cut administrative costs during the import process.
