Total transport turnover in China in November was up 15.2% year on year at, according to CAAC data.

  • Turnover is also up 1.47% compared to November’s levels.
  • The turnover in 100 million tonne-kilometres was 124.3. For Jan-Dec, turnover was 1,485.2, up 25.0% on the year.
  • For domestic routes, turnover (in 100 million tonne-km) was 77.1 in Dec, up 9.0% on the year.
  • International routes were 47.2, up 27.2% on the year. Across Jan-Dec, transport turnover for international routes was up 58.7% on the year.
  • Total passenger volume was 56.97m passengers, up 0.96% on the month and 12.6% on the year.
  • Across Jan-Dec passenger volumes were up 17.9% annually to 730.213m passengers.
  • Aircraft movements in China rose 7.6% on the year to 1.013m in Dec. Across Jan-Dec, aircraft movements were up 5.9% to 12.398m.
