China’s Crude Storage Capacity Utilisation Falls

Crude oil storage capacity utilisation in China was 57.31% as of Nov. 8, according to OilChem, down 0.45 percentage points on the week.

  • However, crude storage utilisation at independent refineries in China’s Shandong Province rose marginally on the week, averaging 47.44% in the seven days to Nov. 8, up 0.21 percentage points.
  • Meanwhile, China’s commercial crude oil inventory index was recorded as 104.91 Nov. 8.
