United Nations sanctions against North Korea, according to the transcript of a
press briefing at the ministry on Monday. According to China customs statistics,
exports to North Korea rose 31.4% year-over-year in August, while imports fell
9.5%. Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said China and North Korea
