China’s Traffic Plummets During Lunar New Year: BNEF

China’s traffic levels have fallen 70.8% in the week to Feb. 14, as the nation celebrates the Lunar New Year holiday, according to BNEF.

  • This follows the drop of 24.6% in traffic levels in the week to Feb. 7, pushing traffic levels now to an annual low.
  • Congestion is expected to rebound next week, driven by the end of the holiday period
