CHINA PRESS: Chinese regulators helped draw three state-owned investors to
participate in the restructuring of the failing Bank of Jinzhou, Caixin said in
a report. Regulators took more decisive action to minimize the impact on the
market, Caixin said. ICBC Financial Asset Investment, a China Cinda Asset
Management subsidiary, and China Great Wall Asset Management together took
controlling shares in the troubled bank, so the process of negotiating share
value of the restructured entity won't be too lengthy, Caixin said.
