Consumer Confidence Slips In July

July Conference Board Consumer Confidence comes in at 92.6, vs 95.0 expected
and 98.3 prior (revised from 98.3).

- Present Situation jumped to 94.2 from 86.7, but expectations dropped to 91.5
from 106.1.

- The Conference Board reported a big regional impact from COVID: "Large
declines were experienced in Michigan, Florida, Texas and California, no doubt
a result of the resurgence of COVID-19."
