US: Crossover in betting markets as the Democrats are now afforded a higher
implied probability of victory in the November presidential election than the
Republicans, according to Betdata.io.
- Democrats given a 51% implied probability of winning, compared to 49% for the
Republicans. 
- First time since 13 Dec 2019 that the Democrats have been viewed as the most
likely winners of the presidency, according to bettors. 
- In the betting market of candidates, Donald Trump is given a 48.8% implied
probability of holding onto the presidency, with Democratic frontrunner Joe
Biden on 43.7%. Trump is down from 60.4% on 10 Feb, while Biden was given just a
3.8% implied probability of becoming president as short a time ago as 26 Feb.
