Danske Maintain 12-Month Yield Forecast, Note Short-Term Risks

BUNDS

Danske Bank note that they maintain their “12-month forecast at 2.35% for 10-Year Bunds. However, the sideways movement we expect in the coming year will certainly not be without major fluctuations along the way. Particularly in the near term, we see a risk of a significant moderation in market pricing of rate cuts (in the direction of our forecast) potentially pushing long yields temporarily higher.”
