Diesel Exports from Primorsk to Increase in Nov

Russia’s diesel exports via Baltic and Black Sea ports are set to reach a seven-month high of 2.07m tons in November according to Bloomberg.

  • Diesel shipments from Novorossiysk, Primorsk and Vysotsk are forecast to be 28% higher than Octobero
    • Primorsk at 1.466m tons in Nov up from 0.966m tons in Oct
    • Vysotsk at 0.29m tons from 0.291m tons
    • Novorossiysk at 0.314m tons from 0.364m tons
  • Russian diesel exports to Europe are still over 500kbpd with low stocks in Europe and tight supplies ahead of the ban on Russian seaborne flows from Feb 5. Repsol SA last week suggested some parts of Europe are running out of middle distillates.
