Drifts towards session low

  • Bund heads lower and back towards flat on the session, with similar moves in EGBs, helped somewhat by the Gilt.
  • But the move is mostly led by the German short end, with Schatz trading at session low.
  • German 5/30s is bear flattening.
  • Small support in Bund is at 136.97, although the contract remains stuck within two gaps, up to 138.13 to the upside and down to 136.46/136.31 to the downside.
