E-Minis Back In The Green, Supported By Several Factors

EQUITIES

E-minis now print ~0.1% higher vs. settlement, after paring declines. Hard to pin a specific driver on the move but perhaps the combination of earnings guidance from the likes of Apple & Microsoft (provided after hours), coupled with the strong headline earnings releases from the tech giants (including Alphabet) and Chinese state-owned media efforts to promote the lack of systemic risk in mainland equity markets/unsustainable nature of the recent plunge alongside the prospects for deeper fiscal support, is working in favour of bulls.
