Early Moves Largely Consolidated During Morning Session

Little to really add to our previous commentary re: the JGB space, with JGB futures hitting the lunch bell +26, while cash JGBs run 0.5-3bp richer, as 7s give up their previously outlined outperformance and swap rates edge back from session lows. Local headline flow has been virtually non-existent, with this afternoon’s liquidity enhancement auction covering off-the-run 5- to 15.5-Year JGBs headlining the domestic docket.
