SOUTH AFRICA
  • Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa expressed satisfaction with Eskom's progress on electricity supply, attributing it to the maintenance work completed over the past couple of months. He noted that "the reduction in the intensity and frequency of loadshedding, as well as the positive energy availability factor trajectory, are real signs that there is some improvement in the performance of the generation fleet."
