  • The proposal is currently being concluded and would be binding for both parties. It would specify how to implement sustainable development pledges, featured in the trade text negotiated with the Mercosur trading bloc, according to people familiar with the matter.
    • The group includes Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay.
