EQUITIES: US Equities Futures Edge Higher, Nasdaq Outperforming

  • US Equities futures are mostly higher today, the Nasdaq 100 is 0.75% higher, while S&P 500 Eminis are 0.25% higher both trading near session highs, while the Dow Jones Eminis have given back earlier gains to now trade flat for the session.
  • Asian tech stocks are off the morning highs with the HSTech Index trading 1.10% higher for the day, the likes of JD.com (+3.90%), Tencent (+1.35%), Li Auto (+2.60%) are contributing most to the index gains.
  • Asian Semiconductor stocks are lower today, however trade off session lows at the moment. Samsung is the outlier following news of a share buy back, stock was last up 5.40%.
