ESM introduces euro commercial paper programme

ESM ISSUANCE
  • "The programme size will be €20 billion, and investors can engage via their ESM Commercial Paper Programme dealers."
  • "The ESM will be able to start issuing Euro Commercial Paper during the first quarter of 2024."
  • “I am very happy that we can add ECP to our funding toolkit. With positive rates in the short end of the curve, it is an attractive product. It will be a good addition for our balance sheet management,” said Kalin Anev Janse, Chief Financial Officer and project sponsor.
