EURO-YEN: EUR/JPY last Y128.35, 17 pips higher on the day, as the yen registers
losses across the G10 currency board amidst modest risk on flows. 
- Worth highlighting ANSA reported that leaders of the Italian ruling coalition
have reached an accord on a revised 2019 fiscal plan to be sent to Brussels. 
- Bulls look for a move through the 21-DMA at Y128.58, which would open up the
50-DMA at Y128.77. On the downside, initial focus falls on the lower Bollinger
band (2%) at Y127.87 and a fall through that level would allow bears to target
the Dec 4 low of Y127.62.
