EURO-DOLLAR: EUR/USD last deals at $1.1335, a touch higher on the day after
losing just 14 pips Monday.
- Reaction to the developments in EU-Italy dispute over Rome's expansionary
budget & soft German Ifo figures was rather muted, as the pair eventually ebbed

- Bears need to return back below yesterday's low at $1.1325 before shifting
focus to the 61.8% fibo retracement of the move from $1.1216 to $1.1472 at
$1.1314. Meanwhile, bulls need to retake yesterday's high at $1.1384 before
targeting the $1.1400 figure.
- EZ highlights this week include French GDP & CPI due Thursday, as well as
Italian GDP (final reading) & CPI due Friday. Elsewhere, there is plenty of ECB
rhetoric scheduled for this week.
