Eyes On Chinese Equities

US TSYS

T-Notes seem happy enough to consolidate just above Monday's lows, sticking within the confines of a 0-02 range thus far to last trade -0-02 at 134-04+. Cash Tsys run little changed to just over 0.5bp richer across the curve at typing. Macro headline flow remains light, with Asia-Pac focus set to fall on Chinese equities after Monday's sell-off. Note that a state-run media outlet has published a piece (citing analysts) flagging the "short-term" impact of Monday's headwinds for equities, pointing to expectations for the long-term uptrend to continue.
