Year-to-date borrowing increased to GBP44.0bn in Feb and currently 
remains below the OBR forecast of GBP47.4bn for 2019/20, with one month 
of data left to come. Borrowing in Feb registered the lowest level since 
2017, following a revised surplus for January of GBP11.708. However, 
Jan's revision is likely to be revised again due to statistical 
adjustments. Meanwhile, the debt-to-GDP ratio fell to 71.4% in Feb. 
Corporation tax receipts showed the biggest fall since 2011/12, down by 
4.1% year-to-date.
