Jan's flat reading unrevised, but Dec rev up to +1.6%. 
- Private residential building +0.1%, to its highest level since Jan 
2007. The gain was supported by 1-family +0.9% and multi-family +1.2%, 
but building ex. new homes -1.5% based on an MNI calc. 
- Private nonres building +1.5%, with gains in all categories except 
health care, religious, transportation, and communication.
- Public construction -2.1%. State and local building -1.0% and Federal 
construction -11.9%.
