by the Bloomberg consensus. Business sales +0.3%.
- Jan retail inv now +0.8%, ex. auto +0.6%.
- Private res building +0.7%. Within the category, 1-family -1.1%, multi-
family -0.4%, and remodeling +3.6%, based on an MNI calc.
- Private nonres building -0.5%, led by transportation (-7.0%) and 
educational (-4.4%).                                   
- Public construction +3.6%, an all time high, after January rev up to 
+5.7% from +4.9%. State and local gov building +3.8%, also an all time 
high, while federal gov construction +0.9%.
