- Feb sales well below expected after upward Jan revision. Feb -0.2% vs 
+0.3% both BBG and MNI 
- Feb sales ex-mtr veh very weak -0.4% vs +0.4% both BBG and MNI 
- Jan total sales rev up to +0.7% (prev +0.2%), Dec unrev -1.6%. 
- Jan ex-mv sales rev up to +1.4% (prev +0.9%), Dec unrev -2.1%. 
- Feb sales ex. mtr veh and gas -0.6%, control group -0.2%
- Vehicle sales +0.7%, gas station sales +1.0%, ex. only gas -0.3%.
- Building materials -4.4%, largest dip since Feb 2009 
- Q1 consumption tracking soft, retail sales -1.9% SAAR vs the Q4 avg, 
sales ex. mtr veh -1.1% SAAR; ex. autos, bldg mat, gas, food services 
+1.4% SAAR. March data will be released on April 18.
