Natural gas supplies to the Freeport LNG terminal are expected to remain at minimal levels on Friday, indicating all three trains are still offline according to data compiled by BNEF.
- The terminal reported a trip on the third liquefaction train according to a TCEQ filing on Wednesday. The production unit had issues with its main cryogenic heat exchanger and was restarted.
- The terminal has been struggling to restart train 3 following works after feedgas flows suggested all three trains were offline from Apr 11-20. A partial recovery in feedgas supplies had been seen since April 21 while a partial cargo loaded according to Bloomberg.
- Natural gas deliveries to Freeport stood at 0.06bcf/d on 25 April. Feedgas flows to the terminal briefly rose to 0.57bcf/d on 22 April before falling back down, Bloomberg data showed.
