Firming From Lows In Early Sydney Trade

An active overnight session for the space, with spillover from the pressure in the U.S. Tsy space evident. The curve is steeper in early Sydney hours as a result, but longer dated paper has rebounded from worst levels, leaving YM -3.5 and XM -12.0. Perhaps a leg of cross-market interest in long Aussie FI positions is being seen in early Sydney dealing after yesterday's washout.
