The futures curve flattened overnight, with the post-Fed impetus spilling over a little into early Sydney trade, leaving YM at unch. levels and XM +3.0. The overnight bid built on the post-CPI dynamic for the space (the latter had triggered AU/U.S. 10-Year curve tightening on Wednesday), after an early, albeit shallow, overnight dip was reversed ahead of the FOMC decision.

  • The latest round of scheduled ACGB purchases from the RBA and quarterly terms of trade data headline the local docket on Thursday.
