risk-off. On the move, eminis took out Thu's lows triggering some stops along
the way. Sources report program CTA accounts triggered on VIX posting gains
(marginal, well off midweek/4 month highs) and decent Chicago based cta account
selling equities. Tsy yld curves mostly steeper: 
* 3M10Y  -1.116, 0.619 (L: 0.255 / H: 3.739)
* 2Y10Y  +1.44, 19.464 (L: 17.768 / H: 20.174)
* 2Y30Y  +2.135, 62.053 (L: 59.522 / H: 62.909)
* 5Y30Y  +1.783, 63.246 (L: 60.679 / H: 64.402)
