FM-Attack On Kremlin 'Hostile Act', But Will Not Say If Casus Belli

RUSSIA

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov speaking at a presser in Goa, India following a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation foreign ministers. States that the drone attack on the Kremlin was 'a hostile act', but does not say if it is casus belli (a cause for war) saying that 'we will respond.'

  • Lavrov: "We should not wait for any more provocations from Ukraine...Zelensky is a puppet in the bands of West...There will be consequences for the US as well."
  • Says that Pakistan's foreign minister, and other counterparts, condemned the attack.
