PBF Energy plans turnarounds at four refineries in 2025, according to its 2025 guidance information. 

  • The 156kb/d Martinez refinery, San Francisco, will shut an FCC, alkylation unit and FCC hydrotreater during H1 2025 for 55-65 days
  • The 171kb/d Delaware City refinery will shut a hydrocracker for 35-45 days in H1 2025.
  • The 190kb/d Chalmette refinery, New Orleans, will shut an FCC hydrotreater for 30-40 days in H1 for a catalyst change.
  • The 160kb/d Torrance refinery, Los Angeles, will shut a hydrocracker for 55-65 days in H2 2025.
  • Total crude throughput will be 920kb/d to 980kb/d in 2025, with East Coast at 310-330kb/d, West Coast at 300 – 320kb/, Gulf Coast at 170-180kb/d and Mid-Continent at 140-150kb/d.
